LeeAnn Heder
Board Chair
Currently serving as board chair. Worked in refugee camps throughout mainland Greece and the islands. Mother of six and BYU graduate in Dance Specialization and Health Education.
Terri Sundberg
Board Member
Professor of Flute at the University of North Texas. Performed as soloist and orchestral musician across the U.S. and abroad, including Europe, South America, Asia, and Africa.
Andrew Dougherty
Board Member
Investment analyst for Capital Group with focus on Asia Pacific. BA in economics and international affairs from GWU. Classically trained violinist and hip hop artist.
Dr. Mark Ammons
Board Member
BYU Assistant Director of the School of Music. Accomplished regional and national trombone performer and soloist.
Heidi Johnson
Board Member
Licensed massage therapist with 18 years living abroad. Long-time supporter of Liz Shropshire's mission to develop leadership skills in youth.
Stephen Clay
Board Member
CPA and controller of EMI Health in Salt Lake City. Extensive experience auditing and serving on nonprofit boards.
Erblina (Eri) Vokshi
Board Member
Former Kosovo youth volunteer from the 1999 program. Master's in Structural Engineering and Sr. Product Engineer at Sika Co.
Tre Hulme
Board Member
Technology consulting business owner. Has accompanied Liz to Greece, Poland, and Bangladesh as a music teacher.
Monica Clay

Communications and marketing contractor. Began volunteering for the Foundation as a college student in 2002.
Bonnie Howard

Associate Professor of Communication Studies at Santa Monica College. Member of the Santa Clarita Master Chorale.
Melinda Ammons

Soprano and voice instructor in the BYU School of Music. Member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS).
